Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 21 days of your delivery date. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit the Return Portal

  Head to our online return center and enter your order number and zip code to start your request.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return and select the reason for the return to generate your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse processes your return, you will receive an e-gift card via email to use toward your next 12th Tribe find.
